Our Custom Mystery Boxes are thoughtfully curated based on your requested theme and aesthetic preferences. While we always do our very best to source pieces that align beautifully with your vision, exact items, brands, colours, or specific requests cannot be guaranteed due to the ever-changing nature of vintage and secondhand sourcing.

In rare cases, if a requested theme or set of preferences is outside of what we’re able to reasonably fulfill, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order. If this happens, we’ll reach out promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
